Flight School Finder
Pick your state. You'll see every airport where the FAA lists flight training on the field (2,027 airports nationwide), plus the individual schools we've checked so far.
Where this comes from
| Airports with flight training | From the FAA's official airport database (NASR, effective Oct 1, 2026): airports whose record lists flight instruction as a service on the field. It shows where training is available, not which company provides it. Call the airport or FBO, or open the airport guide for frequencies and weather. |

| Schools we've listed | Individual schools we've checked by hand, currently in Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Colorado and Nevada. Part 141 status is a name-and-city match against the FAA's public Part 141 pilot school tool, not a verified certificate record. Ask the school to confirm. |
| Part 61 vs Part 141 | The FAA certifies and lists Part 141 schools only. Most schools and independent instructors train under Part 61, which has no FAA list. Read Part 61 vs Part 141. |
